To ensure your order arrives to you ASAP, we processes your order quickly and any modifications are not possible. If you need to cancel, please contact our Client Service whom will assist you promptly.
How will my order be packaged?
Your order will be wrapped in a flat thick paper.
How to track my order status?
Tracking number will be sent to you when shipped.
Returns and exchanges?
Art prints) are made to order, so returns and exchanges are not accepted. Thank you for your understanding.
If there are any defects with the artwork in transit, we can arrange a replacement within 14 days of receipt.
Please send us details about the issues with the art print and attach photos. We will assist you promptly.
How long does delivery take?
Dispatch within 1-2 days. Delivery time is estimated from the time your order is shipped.
