How to be happy?

Happiness is not found in chasing desires or future dreams. It is here, in this very moment, like the sunset that unfolds before you. To be happy, practice being fully present with each breath, each step, and each fleeting color in the sky. As you breathe, touch the miracle of being alive. Feel gratitude for this breath, this moment, this life. Silently say: “I am here. I am alive. I am enough.” Let this gratitude ground you in the simplicity of now, free from the distractions of the mind. Let go of the need to achieve or possess. Happiness arises when you rest in what is, without grasping for more. Pause, breathe, and smile - the sunset is within you.

What is your dream?

To pursue a dream is to embark on a journey inward. The world may measure the dream by its end. But the true measure lies in what you discover about yourself along the way. Each effort, each challenge, each moment of joy or struggle is a mirror reflecting who you are. When we chase a dream, we meet our hopes and fears, our strengths and doubts. We learn how we respond to difficulty, how we hold joy, how we navigate uncertainty. Success may bring fleeting pride, and failure may sting, but neither defines the journey’s worth. The real gift is the clarity gained about our own heart and mind. The dream is a teacher, and its lesson is you.

How to let it go?

Many of us carry burdens — regrets from the past, fears of the future, or attachments to how things should be. These are like leaves weighing down on our branches. Pause and notice where your body holds tension — perhaps in your shoulders, head, or heart. Look deeply within yourself at what you carry. Silently ask, “Does holding this bring me peace?” If it does not, imagine it as a leaf, ready to be released. Letting go is a practice. Some leaves fall easily; others take time. To let go is to see these burdens clearly and to let them drift to the earth, like a tree trusting the wind to carry its leaves away and you will see how tightly you have held to control.
