What make you come alive?
A sky full of stars and a heart full of curiosity.
What activity makes time disappear?
Each person’s aliveness is unique, rooted in their own experiences, joys, and aspirations. Pause and breathe, noticing your body and surroundings. Listen to your inner voice to discover what sparks joy or meaning. Consider spending time in nature, creating art, helping others, or just sitting in silence. Reflect on which moments bring a sense of flow or peace. Remind that discovering what makes you feel alive is a gentle unfolding. Daily mindfulness can keep you open to insights.
5 mins to train your brain for less stress and live more
Find a quiet seat, hands on your lap, close your eyes. Breathe deeply through your nose, feeling your belly expand like a soft balloon. Exhale slowly, releasing tension. Silently say: “Breathing in, I know I am breathing in. Breathing out, I know I am breathing out.” Let your breath be your anchor. If the “colorful world” of thoughts and worries arise, notice them without judgment like clouds passing in the sky. Return to your breath, to the black-and-white simplicity of now. No need to chase or reject anything.
Cultivating purity for a joyful heart
A peaceful heart is the foundation for purity. By practicing mindful breathing and being fully present in each moment, we calm the mind and heart, allowing wisdom and compassion to bloom naturally, like a flower in stillness. Purity is not about perfection or moral rigidity but about living with a clear, open heart free from judgment, anger, or attachment. Like the rabbit’s gentle hops, daily acts of kindness, understanding, and nonviolence, no matter how small, brings us closer to a pure and peaceful heart.
